Under the leadership of Premier Brad Wall, Tina Beaudry-Mellor served as Minister of Social Services and Minister responsible for the Status of Women. Prior to her election as the first Member of the Legislative Assembly for the constituency of Regina University, Tina was a long-time instructor in the Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Regina.
Tina has been awarded for outstanding teaching and received the President's Teaching & Learning Scholars Award for Excellence in her collaboration on teaching civic engagement. Tina has published in peer-reviewed journals, op-eds and business magazines, commentating both on political & social issues. She is the former Chair of Equal Voice and served on the National Board. She is a former board member of the Saskatchewan Arts Board, the Community Investments Committee of the United Way, and Regina Transition House. In addition to her academic work, she owned a small management consulting business where she did considerable policy work, most notably on streamlining processes for clients of both the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee program and on the Saskatchewan Surgical Initiative to reduce surgical wait times. She worked with the Continuing Education Centre of the University of Regina to write the Flexible Learning Strategy to build the institution's online, televised and blended course and program offerings for students.

teaching leaders how to demonstrate courage and vulnerability in the workplace. Kellie also consults on strategic planning as
well as board dynamics and governance. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur in 2013, Kellie was a Senior VP at Farm
Credit Canada, responsible for business strategy, enterprise risk management, the customer experience, and reputation
management. Kellie is passionate about helping others reach their potential by enhancing the professional and personal
